Fish Oil Supplement Recommendations:
You want a supplement that is just Omega 3s, not Omega 3-6-9. We get plenty of Omega 6 and 9 in our regular diet. Make sure to get at least 4 grams of Omega 3s each day with your supplement.
If you do not take a vitamin D or Vitamin A supplement, you can use a Cod Liver Oil supplement like this one.
